I can offer a range of services and support, both in person and over video, to help young people's mental health.
Happer, Healthier, Mental Health for young people
As a Youth Worker with more than 20 years worth of training and experience working with young people I offer a high quality and appropriate theraputic service for young people struggling with their mental health.
Youth Work, Psychologically informed therapy, acceptance & compassion therapy and more to work inclusively and from an intersectional lense, with each young person as a whole.

For young people!
I am a trained youth mental health first aid instructor, in both 2 day training and half day 'aware' (available onlihne, in broken up sessions) courses.
As an experienced mental health youth worker, i can offer a bespoke training to young people themselves (16-25). I believe it is important for young people to have agency over their own mental health and that knowladge is key being able to give them this.
Other workshops for schools and youth groups
I can offer an array of mental health based workshops, on demand.
My current top workshops are:
- You've got a friend in me - working with young people to recognise when a friend is struggling with their mental health and what they can do.
- Flip the Script - How to work with our 'perceived' negativities and flip the script, to turn them into super powers.
Youth Participation & Co-production
I am a firm believer that when you are creating something for someone, whether that be a mental health service for young people or a campaign to educate young people on self-care, that they should be the ones at the centre of the creation team.
This requires training, a strategy and more. I can help you create a strategy and process for ensuring young people are involved in services and support that helps them.
